The Universal Story They Never Told You About Your Power

Alt Title: The Secret Roles That Keep Us Small (and how to reclaim your own story)

Feel like you're "too much" for some people?

Get told you're "too sensitive" or need to "toughen up"?

Notice that your caring nature somehow makes others uncomfortable?

Feel blocked when trying to make positive change happen?

These negative reactions you get from others aren't about you being “wrong” or needing to “fix” something about yourself.

It's about whether or not you're playing the secret character roles others have assigned to you in their own personal stories.

It's a story as old as time. But it’s probably not one you’ve heard before.

Your Weakness Is Your Greatest Strength

Words are keys. They have the power to open doors to our true selves, or keep us locked inside the stories and realities of other people. Once we see how they are being used, we can reclaim the ones used against us for ourselves.

Everyone has been called by a label, a name, or an identity that doesn’t fit what they know to be true about themselves. Maybe you’ve been called: too sensitive, selfish, difficult, delusional, mean, or any other similar label others use to put you inside a container that you didn’t choose.

These words are meant to keep you in a role in the other person’s story, but they are actual mirrors of your own power.

In this lightly interactive presentation, we reclaim these words for ourselves and use them to define the truth others didn’t want us to see about how powerful we already really are.
